|THE GRADUATE To Be Theatrically Re-Issued By Holland Releasing|

Holland Releasing has entered into an agreement with Stuart Lisell, representing Studio Canal/France to theatrically re-issue the 1967 Academy Award winning motion picture THE GRADUATE, starring Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft. The film won its director, Mike Nichols, the Oscar for Best Director. "THE GRADUATE has not been seen on the big screen in over 20 years, yet it continues to be one of the most popular movies ever made," said Tom Holland, president of Holland Releasing, an independent film and television distribution company based near Los Angeles.
The film is being distributed to theatres in both 35mm and high-definition video formats commencing late August 2009. Landmark Theatres has already booked the film into special screenings at several of its chain including their flagship venue, The Sunshine Cinema in New York City as well as the Egyptian Theatre in Seattle, E Street Cinemas in Washington DC, Inwood Theatre in Dallas, Uptown Theatre in Minneapolis, Clay Cinemas in San Francisco, and the Esquire Theatre in Denver with others to be announced.
